Product Advantages
- Made from high‑purity imported American plastic resin for consistent performance.
Application Scenarios
- Excellent grease and moisture resistance with an extremely low water vapor transmission rate.
- Strong heat-sealing and shrinkability; processes on standard heat-seal or impulse machines (recommended 120–160 °C).
- Wide temperature tolerance and long-term weather/aging resistance (hot/cold/water/low temperatures).
- Transparent or milky-white options; customizable color and thickness on request.
3) Product value
- Protects aluminum jacketing, pipes and equipment from corrosion, impact and contamination, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.
- Improves thermal insulation of conduits and equipment, contributing to energy savings.
- Clear transparency enables visual inspection/monitoring of packaged items.
- Easy integration into existing production lines and fast processing reduces labor, time and packaging cost.
4) Product advantages
- Premium raw materials and controlled production deliver stable, reliable film performance.
- Superior adhesion and sealing to metals (aluminum, iron, steel), wood and fabrics for a firm protective interface.
- Durable under environmental stress—maintains sealing strength through temperature and humidity extremes.
- Highly efficient, energy-saving heat-shrink processing that increases throughput and is simple to operate.
- Quality-controlled manufacturing with neat rolls, hard inner cores, and sample availability for evaluation.
5) Application scenarios
- Industrial: jacketing and protection of aluminum pipes, flanges and equipment against corrosion and mechanical damage.
- Construction: wrapping aluminum conduits and ducting to provide thermal insulation and reduce energy loss.
- Medical and laboratory: packaging aluminum instruments and devices where thermal stability and visual monitoring are needed.
- High-humidity or harsh environments (cold chains, coastal areas) where low moisture transmission is required.
- Integrated packaging lines (skin packaging, food packaging, skin-pack trays/boards and related machinery) where customized film specifications are needed.
